How do I allocate credits to my sites?
In your member area it should be listed your total credit amount, directly across from this should be an arrow. Click this arrow and it should take you to the allocate credits page. If you are being logged out everytime you attempt this, please be sure you have cookies enabled and that they are not blocked for 911hitz.com.

I did not receive my activation e-mail?
For some reason many email domains either refuse to accept or cannot be found by our default mail server. When this happens it comes back to me as failure and I then forward all these from a different SMTP server. Unfortunately sometimes there is a delay and it could take up to 24 hours for you to receive your activation email. If the email never arrives please write to me via the contact link, and we will activate your account manually and get you in to your member area.

I upgraded and it is showing it went through with the payment processor, why does it not show on my 911hitz account?
Unfortunately the software we have here at 911hitz does not give you the customer, the instant gratification of seeing what you paid for immediately. The way it is currently handled is through email. Paypal is actually pretty fast, and within minutes of the transaction a notice of payment received is sent to our email here at 911hitz. We try to monitor for incoming mail around the clock and make a point to see that all upgrades received are completed prior to 2400 hrs PDT, so no earnings should be lost .

How long will my 911hitz upgrade last?
Upgrade shares are good for 210 days, giving our members the opportunity to double their membership upgrades at 1%.

Do you allow compounding or purchase of shares with account earnings?
Yes, when a member has $10 or more in their account they are able to purchase shares with their 911hitz earnings directly from the membership upgrade area.
