Members can upgrade their accounts at any time to increase earnings and to expand the basic advertising services offered to all 911hitz.com account holders.
The money you pay to upgrade your account at 911hitz.com is a membership fee, NOT
an "investment" or "deposit" and should not be construed as such. Monies paid to members
by 911hitz.com is earned through use of the services and is not interest. Membership fees are non-refundable. You have the opportunity to earn by using the services offered. Earnings can not be guaranteed, as our survival relies on our ability to generate revenues.
You accept that the services provided by 911hitz are "as is" and may be discontinued at any time for any reason and that you may lose money as a result. We intend to provide the services indefinitely and have other sources of income in place to enhance the longevityof the program, but cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control . Such events
may include changes to local or federal legislature, operation failures, content destruction or possibly a reduction of participation in the program.

911hitz allows only one account per person per email address. Accounts inactive after 30 days will be deleted.

All payments made by 911hitz.com are derived from the net proceeds of the sales of memberships, sales of credits and services and other revenue produced by the activities or investments of 911hitz.com.
Cashouts are done automatically each month for earnings of the previous monthon or around the 1st and no later than the 15th. Account earnings must be at $50 or more by the last day of the previous month to be eligible for cashout. Payouts will be made directly to your payment processor, to the same processor that was used when upgrading the account. All cashouts will incur a 5% processing fee. commisions paid for upgraded referrals are a one time percentage of the membership fees equal to 5% of the total upgrade amount and are paid directly to the referer, this does not include any match offers that may be available at the time of the upgrade
